Meter removal and installation/Upgrade and Downgrade
If your business property no longer needs an electricity or gas supply, for example because it is going to be demolished, please contact us so we can arrange it to be disconnect from the mains network and make it safe. It may be better to ‘de-energise’ the property, if it is to remain in use. We can help you do that.
If it seems likely that there is a mechanical problem with your gas or electricity meter – such as a faulty time switch, incorrect time or blank display. We can arrange an engineer to come out visit you and repair any technical issues you may be experiencing.
Gas and electricity meters are generally reliable and major operational faults are rare. However if you suspect there is an issue please get in touch and we will arrange an accuracy test for a complete piece of mind.
New connections/temporary supplies
We can organise the installation of your new gas or electricity service with little or no disruption to your business. Working closely with the statutory providers allows us to provide you with both very competitive rates and time-scales while still providing a professional service.
We can arrange mid approved sub-metering in addition to existing primary billing meters. This allows you to be able to measure and record the electricity usage for individual areas within your building. These meters can be read directly or can be remotely dialled and the data can then be viewed over the internet via your Utility Team powered Save Energy Online software or other monitoring and targeting software.
